Every project is different, but Kelly Gale Amen truly develops a working relationship with the organization or individual that is being honored and dedicates his time to ensure that both visions line up to create a masterpiece.

To get involved:
  • Pick the charity of your choice.
  • Determine the fine details (i.e. what do you envision for the commemorative art bench? Where will the art bench be placed? What is the time frame for the project? Etc.).

Program Description

The world of KGA functional art furniture began in 1990 with the desire to create a sustainable icon of usable and functional art furniture. As the dream moved into fruition, it was clear that there were many opportunities of commemoration, honoring and raising funds. Thus, partnerships with foundations and Kelly Gale Amen art furniture became a reality. Each foundation or organization works differently in their process and approach; however, the ultimate goal is viewership, fundraising, awareness and a product that has long-term sustainable usage. The most successful partnerships are those where the foundation bench is sold for $10,000. The foundation receives $6,000 and the remaining $4,000 covers the cost of design and fabrication. In these times, when people are wanting to see the value of every penny, what a wonderful way to commemorate, laugh, share, and help in city parks, private homes, and collections.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
